Breathe

When we are anxious or stressed, our breathing becomes shallow and fast. This sends a signal to the brain that we are in danger and need to take action. The Subconscious Mind Hacker

Hi, I'm Heather.  

I'm a transformation coach, hypnotherapist, and success strategist. I help people heal their trauma, release their negative patterns, and rewire the mind-brain-body-emotion-spirit axis to achieve their dreams.  I've done it myself, and I've helped hundreds of people with the same techniques I used to achieve all my childhood dreams.  

 

I was born with the ability to communicate with my higher self and subconscious mind through meditation and self-hypnosis. I transformed my childhood trauma into my strength and success. Now I live my stress-free, healthy, happy, thriving life in New York City, which is the most challenging place in the world to have it all. 

I use a combination of ancient wisdom from the East, modern neuroscience, and my own unique trauma-release techniques to help my clients achieve lasting transformation.
